We will take back our dogs at any age but unless it is for a health reason that we can test for, we will not refund.

We’ve purchased a Knose Pet Insurance policy and your puppy/or Adult is already protected. To ensure continued protection, you just need to transfer the policy into your name and pay future premium instalments when due.
To take advantage of this arrangement ,you must transfer the policy into your name within 30 days of the policy commencement date. If you don’t, the policy will be cancelled, and you’ll miss out. If you have indicated you’re interested in the policy you’ll receive an email confirmation from Knose once your details are passed on. The transfer can be done online, but if you want to talk to Knose, call them on 1300 356 642.
